Alexander founded Rothschild Partners Capital after two decades leading mid-market advisory at a global investment bank, where he headed the European industrials and technology practice. He has personally closed more than eighty transactions across twelve countries.

He advises founders and family shareholders on company sales, and is known for running quiet processes that surface buyers competitors never find. Alexander studied economics at St. Gallen and speaks German, English and French.
